Why Extending Actions through Time Can Violate a Moral Right to Privacy

Recently, Ingmar Persson and Julian Savulescu argued that an action does not violate a moral right to privacy cannot if it is extended over time. Specifically, they argue protect against gawking or stalking. In this reply the reverse position defended. their arguments fails on according own definition of privacy. Furthermore, illustrated by examples conceptual conclusion holds for many other conceptions Moreover, Savluescu fail recognize privacy-related harm individuals through Lastly, article ends sketching how role in public consent relates given examples.
